But despite the machines involved, it is still all about people. We believe that especially in the machine-driven world we should put talents, knowledge and creativity first. That's why we founded the elli academy - to empower talents with knowledge. We want to develop the new generation of experts who change the future. To make it happen, we created the first hands-on education on programmatic advertising. This face-to-face program was built together with over 15 partner companies like The Trade Desk, Facebook, L'oreal, etc and reflects the joint effort of the online industry to educate talents.
