I offer coaching for a broad range of subjects, including improved self awareness, confidence building, managing change, personal and professional growth, planning outcomes, setting priorities, improving relationships (personal, professional, your relationship with yourself) and finding your role within a team. I use a pure coaching approach and include NLP techniques where it's relevant and helpful to achieve your outcome. I offer a safe space to explore and grow at the pace and in the direction you choose. I coach because I believe our choices increase when we are more conscious of how we live our lives. When we live more consciously we have more to offer ourselves and those around us. We all have the choice to create the best lives we can for ourselves - even it that means doing a bit of an audit first! I offer coaching to individuals on a personal levels, as well as professional/leadership/executive coaching to organisations.
