Our vision is to make newcomers to Norway more informed and successful by revealing the social norms, expectations and hidden codes in the job-market and workplaces. We focus on revealing information that is hard to find in other sources which may take years to acquire by oneself. We provide suggestions on how to deal with the additional challenge of being a foreign job-seeker and/or employee. Our insider's tips are based on 30 years' experience from Norwegian workplaces as job-seekers and employees, as well as leaders and recruiters. Our extensive professional background makes us unique among Norwegian intercultural trainers.
