Stan Ellis was born and raised in beautiful Southwest Florida. Living in Fort Myers his entire life he has grown to understand why so many want to move and live in this great area. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Stan used his background in education to obtain a Certified General Contractors license. Building Custom and Spec Homes in Lee County, he began to enjoy seeing how excited potential buyers were when they purchased one of his homes. So, why not sell Real Estate and help people through the process of home buying or selling? In 2010 Stan obtained his Sales Associate license and began his Real Estate career. Being a licensed General Contractor and Air Conditioning Contractor, Stan has a deep understanding of houses and construction. Now, as a Real Estate Broker, his goal is to exceed the expectations of his Buyers and Sellers with extensive knowledge of the business, professionalism and genuine personal service.
