Mijn missie is om trainers en coaches te stimuleren om evidence-based werkvormen en tools te gebruiken die hun deelnemers en coachees daadwerkelijk verder helpen. Tools die echt werken. Zo combineer ik mijn ervaring als wetenschapper met mijn passie voor het vak van trainen.
