Elms Estate Office

The Elms Estate Office Chartered Surveyors practice has been based in North Devon, serving Greater Exmoor and beyond since 1995. We are a rural business unit where a dynamic association of colleagues share office facilities and offer their individual professional services. We have the benefit of a core of like minded people with shared back office support. We are able to offer professional advice as experts in our own field. With the benefit of low office overheads and a base of regular estate management work we are able to be competitive on price (so that small jobs are not priced out) but have the personnel resources and expertise to take on large instructions. Professional property advice across Rural, Commercial and Residential disciplines including management, valuations, commercial EPC’s, planning, grants, tenancies, compensation and finance, renewable energy and property lettings.
