Elmsaz Institute

Pendar Education Institute started its work in 2009 with a focus on IT training under the official license of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of Iran. As the institute grew, new fields such as finance and commerce, tourism, and other skill-based programs were added, helping the organization build a solid position in specialized training. In 2021, following a strategic shift, Elmsazan Pendar Sepehr Institute was established, marking the beginning of a new phase of development. From then on, the Elmsaz brand became the official educational identity of the organization, with a stronger focus on training designed specifically for managers and business owners. To support this direction, advanced management programs—including MBA and DBA with concentrations in psychology, law, finance, and other market-driven areas—were introduced. The courses gradually moved from in-person formats to fully online programs to increase access and improve the learning experience for participants across the country. Today, Elmsaz is known as a trusted provider of professional and managerial education, backed by years of experience, continuous innovation, and the expertise of its instructors.
