The Ciancone family have a great fondness for heritage locations. They find great pleasure seeking landmark locations and restoring them to their former glory. Over the years, they have found that heritage sites carry great significance to the communities that they form part of. This was especially evident in Elora with the sheer beauty of the building and the town it stands in making the mill a very special project. The Elora Mill will offer 30 luxurious guest rooms. Rooms vary in size and design, each unique to the historic significance of the mill. Our premier suites are perched over the gorge, with the most stunning water views. The rooms will be stylish, ultra-comfortable and fully equipped with the latest in room technology and quality amenities. In keeping with the overall philosophy of the hotel, the restaurant will offer fine food in a relaxed setting or what will be known as refined country cuisine.
