Employment Labour Supply Ltd are a staffing agency specialising in the supply of labour to GLAA regulated sectors including agriculture, horticulture, and food processing/packaging. We are licensed by the Gangmasters Labour Abuse Authority to supply temporary labour within the regulated sectors. ELS Works engage with recruitment agencies on a second-tier arrangement to provide fliexibility to their workforce and enhance the benefits their workers receive. By working in tandem with other agencies we access a larger opportunity of job roles, enhancing the workers chances of finding work quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, these roles are sourced from employers that are passionate about eradicating human slavery violations which, unfortunately, still exist within this sector. Our partner agencies, like us, are committed to addressing the modern slavery risks associaterd in our industry, but also ensuring our workers receive fair pay and access to a wealth of employee benefits, protecting their safety and human rights.
