Elsa Aarhus

ELSA Aarhus er en del af det internationale netværk the European Law Students' Association, som på verdensplan har over medlemmer fordelt på 43 lande. ELSA Aarhus er en studenterforening på Juridisk Institut på Aarhus Universitet, men har sit virke både på lokalt, nationalt og internationalt plan. I løbet af året tilbyder vi i samarbejde med vores samarbejdspartnere en bred vifte af faglige og sociale arrangementer for vores medlemmer, blandt andet workshops, vidensbaserede oplæg, netværksmøder og den årlige procedurekonkurrence i byretten og Højesteret. Derudover værner foreningen også om sit internationale element ved at tilbyde udlandsture, udlandspraktik, summer school i udlandet, deltagelse i internationale samlinger i netværkets regi, samt muligheden for at repræsentere ELSA ved internationale topmøder i hele verden. Alt dette med formålet at udvide jurastuderende og unge juristers faglige og internationale perspektiv i en international verden- ELSA Aarhus is a part of the international network the European Law Students' Association, which has over members covered by 43 countries. ELSA Aarhus is an association at the Faculty of Law at Aarhus University, which operates locally as well as nationally and internationally. During the year, together with our partners, we offer a wide range of academic, professional and social events for our members. Only to mention a few we organize workshops, expert presentations, networking mixers and our annual moot court competition, which is held in the city court and the Danish Supreme Court of Justice. Additionally ELSA Aarhus prides the international element of the association by organising study visits, internships and summer school abroad, and by giving the members the opportunity to participate in international meetings conducted by ELSA, and to represent ELSA at international summits around the globe. All with the purpose to broaden law students and younger lawyers academic and international perspective in an increasingly international world.
