Established in 2021, Elsiarc was created to develop a more personal approach to internal audit, regulatory compliance and risk management. We support organisations who have either no team or a very small team of audit specialists and want to gain assurance that processes are operating effectively. The company draws from a small pool of experienced audit managers who have worked in a combination of audit, risk and compliance for up to 30 years each. Whilst private healthcare is their most recent area of expertise, their careers span other industries and a diverse range of audit areas, including NHS Trusts, charities, universities, colleges and research centres. Our team are passionate about helping organisations evaluate their management of risks and giving assurance around internal controls, making recommendations which fit the individual business model to help drive improvement in controls and standards, in addition to bringing the concept of risks into day-to-day activities and ensuring the end-to-end processes are effective. We work with all levels of an organisation from staff on the ground through to business managers, regional managers, corporate managers, Executive and Trustee Boards, all of which have a role to play in risk management and internal control.
