Eltec Systems is run by Mark Elwell, a computer consultant with a huge range of experience. Mark Elwell has been involved in the computer industry for most of his working life in both technical and customer areas. For most of this time he has been self-employed, apart from a period when he was head-hunted to run a specialist computer development office in Bristol for a large multi-national firm of quantity surveyors. Eltec Systems has been involved in many spheres of the business world, from working alongside schools to being the computer support for major UK businesses including supermarkets and estate agents.
