Elternbildung CH ist der nationale Dach- und Fachverband der Elternbildung in der Schweiz. Im Zentrum der Aktivitäten steht die Förderung der Erziehungskompetenz von Eltern. Durch Elternbildung setzen wir uns für die Stärkung der Familie mit dem Ziel ein, dass Kinder in einem entwicklungsfördernden Lernumfeld aufwachsen können. Elternbildung richtet sich an alle Familienformen in den verschiedenen Lebensphasen und berücksichtigt persönliche, kulturelle und sprachliche Ressourcen. Elternbildung ist Teil der Erwachsenenbildung. Angebote basieren auf Fachkompetenz, Methoden der Erwachsenenbildung und einer spezifischen Elternbildungsdidaktik.
