Embarcadero Works as placement agent for international GPs in their Fundraising efforts in Iberia 2. Acts as an advisor in the secondary market EMBARCADERO CAPITAL Embarcadero Capital SGEIC was incorporated in 2019. It is a Full-AIFMD GP under the supervisión of the Spanish Regulator (CNMV). Three vehicules under management in partnership with Pantheon Ventures, that acts as investment advisor: • Embarcadero Pantheon Coinversión Global FCR: Global Co-investment program that invest in parallel to Pantheon´s flagship co-investment vehicle. Size: EUR 103m • Embarcadero Private Equity Premium SCR: Primary vehicles that invest in 5 pre-selected PE Managers: Apax, CD & R, Cinven, CVC and H&F. Size: EUR 50m • Embarcadero Pantheon Secundarios Global SCR: Multi asset secondary vehicle. Size: EUR 40m
