Our story began more than ten years ago, when Ron Mackenzie had to source a Persian rug, a helicopter transfer, a penthouse suite and two Chihuahua’s, all in one afternoon. Ron had long served international VIPs, travel needs, when visiting African shores and on this day his clients were a visiting Royal Family. It was that afternoon that he decided he needed to create a ‘little black book’ for diplomatic missions, in need of services and products, for their important visitors. Today the little black book is around 200 pages deep and is A4 sized. ‘Embassy Direct strives to build a bridge between providers of quality services and the expatriate community, based on the African continent. Whilst building these connections, our underlying theme is sharing good news stories from across the African continent. Outside of hotels and lodges, memberships are restricted to one member, per industry. We have a diverse range of members, representing a wide variety of excellent brands, services, industries and products.
