Ember Care was founded out of a passion to improve the quality of life and dignity of people experiencing psychosocial disabilities and other unseen illnesses. We believe that everyone deserves to feel appreciated, accepted, and empowered, so we partner with our clients to develop a specialized support plan, unique to their individual goals. Our team of therapists and support staff provide a variety of services to help you learn the strategies you need to feel empowered and regain a sense of control and autonomy. These include: Community access - Our team of passionate support workers will help participants get out of the house and engage in the activities that are important to them. In Home Support - Designed to assist participants in their daily activities, promoting greater independence and enhancing their quality of life within the comfort of their home. Skill Development - Aimed at empowering individuals to enhance their skills, knowledge, to make informed decisions and achieve their goals. Psychosocial Recovery Coaching - Aimed at fostering self-empowerment, building resilience, and leading a more fulfilling life by addressing the psychosocial aspects of their recovery. Social Work Therapeutic Support - Navigate the complexities and emotional challenges associated with their disability through counseling, assessment, recommendation, and therapy. Short-Term Accommodation (STA)- Give their primary caregiver a break, and embrace rejuvenation, skills development, and exciting adventures with a tailored supported respite.
