EMBioSys has developed a platform technology of therapeutic non-pharmacological, electrode-free wearable garments called Efinia™ that delivers iEF Therapy (low level induced electric fields) to improve patient outcomes for treatment of breast cancer. The market entry product will target triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), which accounts for 40% of all breast cancer mortality. iEF Therapy inhibits cancer metastasis, shrinks the primary tumor, improves efficacy of standard of care chemotherapy, and boosts the natural immune response while selectively targeting only cancer cells. This novel technology offers physicians a low risk, easily tolerated therapy to potentiate the standard of care for treatment of solid tumors, starting with breast cancer.
