Embodhiment Collective

We are a new cooperative enterprise (CSE) and a community of research and practice. Our two main axes are embodied practices (embodiment) and the empowerment of collective processes (collective)-Embodiment is for us the contact with our material, emotional, mental, and spiritual state. The "h" of embodiment collective arises from the reference to the bodhi tree as a symbol of union, development, and a holistic approach to man. It describes the experience of connecting with our nature, the experience of "living", through the awareness and acceptance of all the different states that make it up- For us, collectiveness is a group of people who work together and equally towards a common project, with fundamental values of active participation, inclusiveness, and partnership, in an environment dominated by responsibility, care, and space for everyone's expression. Among the embodied practices we use as an embodiment collective, the fundamental ones are focus of attention (mindfulness, meditation), yoga, conscious movement and dance, tactile practices (hands-on bodywork: Thai yoga massage, craniosacral biodynamics, visceral massage, etc.), physical therapy, breathing practices (breathwork), kinetic and theatrical improvisation practices, creative writing and play. Our vision is coexistence and networking in a context of mutual empowerment and action. The core of Integration is the connection with the experience, the now, the body, and the world. We welcome imagination and humor as the magical ingredients in realizing our goals. For more information visit our page embodimentcollective.org
