Jess Fry, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS specializes in Body Image Healing, Eating Disorders, Anxiety and ADHD. She has been formally trained by Evelyn Tribole MS, RDN, CEDRD-S and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN, CEDRD-S, Fiaedp, FADA, FAND, The Original Intuitive Eating Pros. Her approach as a therapist is to support you in identifying your strengths and building upon them to find a sense of direction, hope and peace. She enjoys helping clients develop skills for achieving goals of positive change and growth and guiding you through this process collaboratively. Jess is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who specializes in body image and eating disorders. She became passionate about helping others heal their relationships with food and improve body image after doing the work herself. She also has extensive experience and training working with both anxiety and ADHD. She is an anti-diet, body-positive, fat-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, gender affirming therapist. She is aligned with Health at Every Size, with a goal to empower clients to recognize their worth and confidently approach life with unapologetic authenticity.
