We are a psychology clinic that offer services to children, adolescents and adults, who are experiencing challenges in their lives and need support to break down barriers that keep them from reaching their goals. Our holistic approach to health enables individuals to achieve balance, so that they are able to live healthier and more productive lives. FAQs: Q: How Long Is A Counselling Session? A: Counselling sessions are generally 50 minutes, however children may require less time if they have difficulty maintaining attention and/or motivation. Q: What If I Want To Cancel Or Re-Schedule My Appointment? Will I Be Charged A Cancellation Fee? A: As our appointments are valuable, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must do this with a maximum of 24 hours notice to avoid paying the full fee. This will also enable us to provide the appointment to other clients in need.
