Our story began in the early ’90s, in Johannesburg, South Africa, as a family business, supplying, repairing, and maintaining industrial and commercial coding and marking equipment. Back then, we were known as HLS Ink Coding and Marking. Over the years, we have honed our knowledge and built a great reputation for exceptional service. With the ever-increasing number of SMEs in Southern Africa, as well as the ever-increasing regulatory requirements for product labelling, we noticed a gap in the market for marking equipment that is portable, affordable, reliable, and requires very little maintenance. In 2022, we decided to focus our attention on this SME manufacturing market, rebranding as Emerald Consumer Solutions. We are the sole distributor of the REINER® range of industrial coding and marking equipment in Southern Africa.
