Since 1979, Emerald has developed 37 projects totaling 5,500 housing units, sf of office, sf of retail, and a 200-room luxury hotel, all totaling over $3 billion in value. It has been our mission to create properties that build communities, deliver consistent returns, and bolster long-term asset value.
