Emerald Hills

EmeraldHills is Amman’s new state of the art building. Its exceptional apartments come to existence through the consolidated effort of a team of highly professional designers and contractors, who passionately applied the most efficient and effective technologies and concepts throughout the construction process from the first scribble on the design board to the last brush of paint on the wall. It is the first residential project in the country to be registered for the internationally recognised Jordan Green Building Council’s green certificate, which is awarded based on the overall study of the project’s different aspects; such as thermal insulation, building orientation, the use of sunlight shades and the use of local building materials that add an artistic appearance to the aesthetics of the architectural design.
