With the Four Foundations of Wellness,(emotional, physical, spiritual, financial) at the heart of our practice, our mission is to help clients function at their highest level. We believe counseling/therapy/life coaching should be uplifting and encouraging. We provide therapy services to adults, teenagers and children over the age of 3. We offer our services to individuals and families. Clients can choose to be seen one on one or in a group setting.
