Emerco Security was founded in August 2015 by Mike Emery, Larry Stroud and Tony Faulkner after a period of extensive research into the alarm and CCTV marketplace. A large number of customers were asked what they were looking for to protect their families, homes and businesses. They told us the following:*They didn’t really know what their options were *They wanted Peace of Mind knowing their family home and business premises are protected *Security systems needed to be simple to understand and easy to use *Needed to be able to control the system themselves wherever they were *It must be affordable The landscape of alarm and CCTV provision has changed dramatically since the traditional alarm and detection equipment of 20 years ago. Now in this age of convenience, driven by Smart technology, customers expect to have immediate access to and control over all the services that affect their lives, so why should security be different? It is with this in mind, putting the customer at the forefront of our strategy that we have developed a proposition that meets the needs of our customers. We use RISCO Security Systems, who offer a wide variety of products designed for the homeowner and business market, including intelligent smart alarms which can be controlled remotely via a simple to use app.
