Our founder has over 25 years of experience as an educator specializing in non-traditional learning, as well as in entrepreneurial environments/start-ups. His belief is that everyone needs certain fundamental skills to succeed in a rapidly-changing future. These skills include, first and foremost, the ability to learn independently and evolve their skills in order to remain relevant. This happens through a combination of creativity, critical thinking, entrepreneurial thinking, social-emotional awareness, communication and teamwork. With these skills, every student will have the ability to succeed, no matter their learning style or combination of intelligences.
