Emergency Services Software Solutions designs software applications for the Emergency Services industry. Founded with nearly 30 years programming experience, 5 years firefighting experience, 4 years EMT-B certification, and 20 years business ownership as the basis for our corporate knowledge base. Our initial offering is Dispatch. This tool collects all information related to the dispatching and prosecution of emergency calls for Fire, EMS and Police agencies. Dispatch also notifies department members of new emergency calls (address and mapping data) as well as SMS notifications of data required to complete medical reports at the hospital. Our next offering, NFIRS, will be entering the BETA phase in 2 months. This application is for the collection, formatting and validation of all data required for reports to the National Fire Incident Reporting System. This tool will work in concert with Dispatch, streamlining the process of data gathering through reporting.
