Emerging Technology Council: Building the Future of Innovation The Emerging Technology Council (ETC) is a not-for-profit industry association that serves as the apex body for the technology industry in India. Raj Kapoor & Yash Arya co-founded the Emerging Technology Council, a transformative initiative endorsed by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST), Govt. of Uttarakhand, and the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. ETC is dedicated to empowering lives and creating sustainable skill development opportunities across India, focusing on bridging gaps between technology innovation, industry needs, and policy frameworks.
