They are supported by a team of highly trained and dedicated local staff. In all aspects of our business we are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the global real estate & construction industry body, ensuring that the highest ethical and professional standards are upheld. We are also members of the RICS Registered Valuer Scheme, and one of the only companies with a dedicated team on the ground in Myanmar that can undertake land and asset valuations which follow approved international standards for financial reporting, IPO and loan security.
