Emerson Study Group

Emerson Study Group (ESG) is a student-led, volunteer-based, and non-profit tutoring initiative. Our founder is Shikhar Gupta, a rising junior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) that has a passion for student enrichment and applying his own learning to his society. We provide FREE and QUALITY group tutoring for kids from grades 2nd to 10th with the aim to ignite a love for learning and for the real-life applications of what we are taught. All ESG tutors attend the prestigious Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, ranked the #2 high school in the nation, and #1 in Illinois. They are passionate and driven students that are committed to helping their community. Along with exceptional tutors, Emerson Study Group also offers a unique student-to-student experience that many do not have access to. This provides a more rich and comfortable learning environment for students looking to explore their love for learning.
