Our directors are Andrew Disney, Kyle Edwards and James Hunt. The practice of EMK Lawyers was first established in by Mark Edwards and became an incorporated legal practice on 1 July 2013. Our lawyers have extensive experience in providing advice on a variety of significant resource projects both Australia and overseas, on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and ASX listings. Our firm also advises on native title matters and has extensive experience in the establishment, restructuring and administration of trusts to administer native title compensation payments.
