Through coaching I help people to overcome challenges associated with: • leadership development • career transition and progression • 360 feedback and performance management • conflict management • overcoming imposter syndrome • building personal resilience I also develop and facilitate performance training workshops in the following areas: • resilience training • effective line management • managing team dynamics • developing your coaching skills • managing difficult conversations Client services support for agencies I have over 13 years’ experience in medical communications, working in client services. Because of this I understand the challenges that client services teams face, both day-to-day, but also in terms of career progression and development. In my experience, client services as an agency function can be overlooked, with more coaching, training and mentoring support being tailored towards medical writing teams. Client services coaching Since 2019, when I started coaching professionally, I have worked with many people with a client services background. They have wanted coaching for the following reasons: • how to get promoted • juggling their role with being a parent • feeling undervalued • dealing with stress • recovering from/preventing burnout • conflict management • progression and purpose – do I stay in medical communications? I understand first-hand the highs and lows of agency life from a client services perspective, so if needed, and requested by the coachee and sponsor, mentoring can also form part of the coaching sessions. Client services training for agencies I also provide client services training programmes for agencies. This is developed in conjunction with the company to fit into your existing training programme.
