We are a therapy and counselling practice offering our services in Norfolk and Hertfordshire, supporting those struggling with emotional issues. We have been helping individuals manage their emotions and live life to the full since 2013. Our therapists work through a comprehensive and yet straightforward psychotherapeutic course/model designed to allow you to fully understand who you truly are, helping you manage- Anxiety + Panic Disorders - Depression + Low Mood / Feeling Sad - Relationship + Couples Issues - Anger + Frustration - Family + Teenage Issues - Dissatisfaction + Unhappiness We work with- Young people (15 plus)- Adults - Older people who thought they were too old to change - Couples who want to stop arguing - Struggling family units - People who want to realise a fulfilling life With supportive and individual guidance, our therapeutic skills programme is designed for long-term freedom from psychological tension, not a quick fix short-term control effect. By becoming more self-aware, being able to manage unwelcome emotions and empathise with others, distressed people can improve relationships and gain a calmer, happier, richer life. Our psychotherapists are degree qualified and members of the BACP.
