Empatho was founded with one purpose - to equip every person in society with mental health literacy and emotional resilience to cultivate a healthy mental wellbeing. We provide upstream solutions to organisations and schools to strengthen the foundation of mental health and wellness and social emotional literacy through the delivery of talks, workshops, EAP and teambuilding programs. We firmly believe in the prevention of onset of mental health problems before they occur, and strive to flatten the mental ill-health curve by supporting our workforce, communities and schools to stay well and to continue thriving.
