Empire Hotels is based out of Minneapolis, MN and Buffalo, NY was founded by its principals, Harshal Patel, Minesh Patel, and Jayesh Patel. Empire Hotels has an aggressive growth strategy to make select investments in primarily the hospitality market and continue to work on new development and acquisition opportunities. The group has acquired 20+ properties since 2015. Founders and Principals of Empire Hotels have over 100 years of combined experience in the hotel industry, having established multiple affiliate companies along the way, such as Rudra Management and P&P Hospitality. Today, all of these companies work hand in hand sharing resources to help each hotel succeed in its goals. Empire Hotels analyzes each investment opportunity from a conservative approach to identify the benefits and risk for each project.
