Empire Securities Group Pty Ltd (ESG) is a financial services firm founded in 2007. The firm is headquartered in the Sydney CBD, with extensive experience in raising equity capital primarily for companies in global natural resources, from venture capital, through listing. We have a strong history from Melbourne London New York and Sydney since 1985 with investment opportunities in Gold Copper and electric metals such as current offering of Gold & Antimony projects in Australia. The company was founded by Gerard Farley, who has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to founding Empire Securities Group, Gerard worked in New York as Director of International Institutional Research Sales at Merrill Lynch WFC HQ NYC (Bank of America ML), and prior as a Senior Vice President of International Equities at James Capel (HSBC) Chrysler Building midtown NYC.
