Various platforms, providers and vendors are designed to; enroll benefits, support HR functions, perform benefit administration, provide up to date information, compliance or other services. EmployerNow is a “Business Process Integrator” and we utilize numerous proprietary IT system design features on ONE SINGLE PLATFORM to integrate diverse business processes for employers. We are very process driven in our effort to support HR and Benefits. We see that it is important to integrate People, Process, Products and Technology to increase efficiency. One key is we do not replace any vendor or carrier in this integration process. I work with HR Consultants, Insurance Brokers and direct to employers but we do not interfer with any revenue models, in fact I can bring in additional sources of revenue.
