Founded in 1959, our organization is committed to advancing Upstate employers by promoting sound management practices and fostering productive employee/employer relations. Governed by a 24-member board of directors comprised of CEOs and senior executives from member companies, we leverage our affiliation with a national network of employer associations to provide our members with enhanced resources and support.
