Empower Massage Studio

Empower Massage Studio's approach to massage therapy begins with education and an understanding of body awareness. When we understand our movement patterns, we become more aware of our movements during our day to day tasks and allow ourselves to makes changes to the way we perform these tasks and help prevent injury. Every Empower Massage session is tailored to you by integrating a variety of modalities and techniques such as deep tissue, swedish, orthopedic, active release, stretching and more. During your initial session, we will discuss your problem area(s), health history, lifestyle, current work-life balance, and goals to create an intentional custom session for you. Afterwards, we’ll discuss how to maintain your goals by taking your lifestyle and work-life balance into consideration. When you leave our studio, our hope is that you feel empowered and in control of your physical and mental well being. It’s a journey but it’s one well worth taking!
