With over 80 successful projects completed across the United Kingdom, we've housed over individuals and enabled them to live more independent, fulfilling lives within the heart of their local communities. We work in partnership with Local Authorities, housing and care providers and institutional investors to deliver high-quality accommodation that supports their strategic objectives. By collaborating with adult social care teams and integrated care boards, we assess demand collaboratively and deliver projects in key locations to support the housing needs of vulnerable adults. Our aim is to create a sustainable portfolio of UK-based ESG investments that support our investment partners and local authorities' strategies.
