Empowered On Purpose LLC is a women-owned organization committed to empowering individuals with disabilities through innovative, self-sustaining experiential training programs. Our mission is to build a community where every individual has the opportunity to gain knowledge, develop essential skills, and build the confidence needed for meaningful employment and independent living. Through vocational training, life skills development, residential supports, and employment coaching, we create pathways that transform lives and open doors to Competitive Integrated Employment. Our work is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive.
