A Birth Center and Women's Wellness Clinic in the Seattle Area Mission Statement: To advance our clients state of health throughout all stages of life by utilizing a Midwifery concept of care. We will provide education, encourage active participation in the health care process and promote self-empowerment to all clients and their families. Our goal is to encourage healthy life choices that prevent disease processes both before and during pregnancy and then empower women to continue with these choices throughout their lives. We will serve all women and children regardless of their social, racial or sexual background with the time and respect that every person deserves. Her two decades of experience have uniquely prepared her to care for women and babies in the out of hospital setting. She is passionate about education as a means to optimize the health of women and their communities. Lea Spencer, CNM, APRN Lea has caught babies in small private birth centers, large public hospitals and provided GYN and reproductive health care for women in community clinics. She is committed to working with clients, as partners, to provide care that is compassionate and evidence-based across the lifespan. Jeanne Renée Racik, CD, LMP, MHCA Renee has supported hundreds of families through labor, birth and the postpartum period over the past two decades. She also holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Massage Practitioner, both of which deepen her work with birthing families. Deanna Krystine Smith, MAA, Doula Deanna entered the healthcare field in 2006 to serve families in her community. As a DONA-trained Doula, she is now able to use her passion for pregnancy and birth to provide an advanced level of care to growing families. Her focus is on client education and empowerment throughout the birthing journey.
