Kelly Caul, MSW, LCSW, founder of EMPOWERED Therapy, LLC, is dedicated to working with teens, women, and parents with the underlying belief that all individuals have the inner strength and wisdom to create the life they wish to live. She is committed to empowering individuals to become strong, confident, and capable, in an environment where they will feel respected and understood. Founder of EMPOWERED Therapy LLC, Kelly believes that life experiences and the obstacles we face can give us strength and be opportunities for growth. This is a place that will honor you exactly as you are, while collaborating with you as you learn to embrace your emotions, build meaningful relationships, recover from trauma, and connect with your worthiness and inner wisdom. Group therapy is offered for both adolescent girls and women, focusing on empowering individuals to identify their true self while practicing new skills and building trusting relationships.
