Empowering All Wellness sprang forth from personal valleys, frustrations and challenges in our own health and wellness. It was because we were in the depths of those valleys that we began seeking the peaks, believing that there must be a better way. EA Wellness is that better way for us. It's a community of like-minded people who come together to share ideas about holistic health and wellness with others. If you're overwhelmed with where to start wellness-wise, we can help. Getting started is the most important thing you can do. We provide education through online sessions and blogging, goal-setting through activities, and daily motivation through social media. We also host events to educate on important health and wellness topics (creating a non-toxic home; using safe products) and we get together for yoga and fitness classes. We have some serious fun. We offer a community of support with anecdotal and real-life references for the complex solutions we discover when we’re our own health advocates.
