Empowering equines draws upon Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) a unique approach to experiential learning, where teams are offered a safe experience with our horses for the purpose of personal and professional development - stepping out of your every day and onto the farm for insight into yourself and your team. We provide corporate team training, leadership training, bespoke professional development and a range of other offerings that are centred on the unique experience of equine partnered learning. Working with horses requires focus, presence, self-reflection, non-verbal communication and the building of trust. These are the foundations upon which high performing teams are built. Through our experiential learning model teams will gain insight into their ways of working, build trust, and deepen their communication.
