Empowering Steps

We are on a mission to educate and empower today’s generation. As an empath, an intuitive soul, and a research-backed educator, I combine science with a unique focus on awakening individuals to their innate power to heal, self-regulate, and balance the broad spectrum of human emotions. With 18 years in practice, a Reiki Master, and a Certified Educational Trainer with The Institute of HeartMath™, I combine coaching practices, educator training, and emotional intelligence to equip hundreds of thousands of individuals with the scientifically proven tools to overcome dissonant thinking, acting, and ways of being. I've coached and trained scientists, educators, counselors, social workers, first responders and health professionals in the U.S. and abroad. I want to connect and empower individuals to create a supportive community of heart centered healers who, together, will enliven individuals of all ages in transitional periods of life. Techniques will be centered around solutions to help overcome feelings of disempowerment, low self confidence, and confusion.
