Empowerment Experiences exists to remind you that you have a choice: You can either view life as a victim of disempowering experiences or to choose to look at life from the perspective of being a collection of empowerment experiences. I have been taking back my own power and guiding women into theirs for several years now through the utilization and implementation of countless self love practices created to shift mindset, clarify life, declutter the chaos of mind and expand happiness and authentic joy in daily moments plus so much more.
