Empty Homes Collaborative - Ehc

A Collaborative Law pilot project to reuse millions of empty homes, starting with refugees. An MVP developed by a Camel Startup, with a long-term, big-picture vision to be part of the solution for a better world, generating impact in affordable housing and climate action. This is a regenerative economy project with triple impact: PEOPLE: refugees and people in need of housing. PLANET: for every 90 m² home reused, 9.6 tonnes of solid waste and 39.6 tonnes of CO₂ are prevented. PROSPERITY / PROFIT: aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At the core of the project are Conscious Collaborative Accords (CCA): a relational accords innovation transforming the old traditional contracts. CCAs are living ecosystems of trust that prevent conflict, manage them in a positive way, and make it possible to humanize, clear, and resilient agreements between homeowners, residents, and other organizations seeking to innovate in the legal accords. EHC operates as a collaborative platform for the development of Conscious Collaborative Accords among housing-ecosystem connectors and strategic allies, with a strong vocation for scalability and replicability.
