Empyrea Group Fitness Training in Cedar Grove, NJ was formed in 2014, setting out to become the new standard in the Fitness Industry. Empyrea offers fun and challenging group workouts that progress throughout the year, sculpting lean muscle, burning body fat, and enhancing your overall well-being. The Empyrea Nutrition Training Program works in conjunction to our group classes, featuring personalized and adjustable meal planning, educational group workshops and one-on-one consultations. Our Fitness Trainers are highly educated, being degreed and certified in their appropriate fields by best-in-class programs. Empyrea will track your results and hold you accountable with weekly body fat and muscle mass assessments.
