In addition to financial capital for liquidity and recapitalization, we provide our investee companies with operational enhancements and performance improvement solutions. We take an active role in our investments and work alongside management to improve the business by unlocking and creating value. EMSA Capital has been active in CEE since 1992, and has pioneered turnarounds and performance improvement in the region. Our team has more than 75 years of combined investment and interim management experience, of which 50 have been in Central and Eastern Europe.
